Kerala local body election results LIVE: LDF takes early lead, UDF close second

The counting of all electoral votes of Kerala local body elections starts from 8 am on Wednesday (December 16), with all coronavirus precautions in place.

As per the State Election Commission (SEC), the counting is set to take place at 244 different centres, while keeping social distancing norms in mind.
SE Commissioner V Bhaskaran had revealed that the postal votes, including special ballot votes, will be first counted and with EVM votes being counted later.
